I met with her on site and she did an example on the computer of what my designed stone would look like. She texted me the example so I could share it with my sons. The prices and turnaround time were much better than other places I checked.

I lost my wife in January this year. They did everything they said they would do. Compassionate, respectful of your decisions. Never once was I pressured to change my mind.

Helped me pick out and design a lovely headstone for my mother and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it to look.

Elizabeth at Maryville Monuments has been so patient and helpful assisting me choose a custom monument for my parents. She also helped coordinate with the cemetery to make sure we met all their guidelines.

From my tearful initial visit to the showroom up to installation today, everyone was professional while also showing compassion throughout the process. Allison Waters gave me options, made suggestions and was patient and kind while I made choices for the headstone.
